Training 1 on 1

This is undoubtedly the most effective form of collaboration. Individually tailored training sessions focus on achieving your specific health, motor, or physique goals. Precise instructions and the right approach significantly increase the effectiveness of the training, teaching a fresh perspective on exercise. The training philosophy adopted at Uniathletics requires effort from the participant, but like no other, it guarantees a lasting transformation of the body and its capabilities. In addition to personal training sessions, the person collaborating with me also receives a full individual training plan included in the price, to be more aware of the process that occurs during our training sessions.

Training in 2-3 person groups

This is still a very effective form of collaboration that allows saving some money and can also have a positive effect by having a training partner with whom we can mutually motivate each other.
