Athletic preparation at Uniathletics encompasses comprehensive development of all ten motor traits, from strength and speed, to endurance and agility, from stability to mobility, ensuring that every motor aspect is developed in a balanced and efficient way.

Attention to the Practiced Discipline: It’s also important to remember that each sport has its unique characteristics, and athletes who practice it have unique strengths and limitations caused by the sport, e.g., basketball players typically have exceptionally strong anterior shoulder parts for their build, but their chest is closed, and shoulders are shifted to protraction, which weakens and stretches the upper and middle parts of the back. The coach's task is to make strengths even greater, and to ensure that limitations do not lead to injuries. In most cases, however, this posture should not be significantly changed, as in a given discipline, this posture, in standard understanding a pathology, will be an advantage (in basketball, such posture will mean that we will have a longer reach of arms in defense or while dribbling, and the shot to the basket, in terms of the shoulder girdle, is also made from a closed position).
