Medical training

Medical training at Uniathletics is a specially designed program that combines advanced rehabilitation techniques with a holistic approach to health. This type of training is aimed at individuals who have experienced injuries, suffer from chronic pain, are in the recovery period after surgeries, or just want to prevent injuries. In Uniathletics, medical training is tailored individually, allowing to focus on the specific needs and goals of each client.

The program is based on a broad spectrum of knowledge acquired from top specialists regarding biomechanics, physiology, or movement therapy, and many years of experience in various sports disciplines, which allows for a comprehensive understanding of the functioning of the human body and effective use of movement as a therapeutic tool. The training includes a variety of exercises, from strengthening and stabilizing, through activating and improving mobility, to specific breathing and relaxation techniques, all aimed at restoring optimal functionality and quality of life.

The goal of this training is not only to eliminate pain but also to improve the body's functionality, enhance the quality of life, and prepare the body for more advanced activities or enable carrying out heavier training sessions.
