Functional Diagnostics

This is a key element in planning the periodization of training, rehabilitation, and overall health management, allowing for the identification of strengths and weaknesses, muscular imbalances, movement restrictions, exercise technique assessment, and the general level of motor skills. This enables us to effectively combat dysfunction, maximize results, and minimize the potential risk of injury. Partial functional diagnostics within a single joint last 1.5 hours, while a full session takes 2.5-3 hours. Here are some key aspects of functional diagnostics:

  1. Posture analysis

  2. Movement assessment

  3. Specific motor tests

  4. Problem diagnosis

  5. Individual recommendations and retests

  6. Progress monitoring

This is the foundation for effective training and treatment, enabling a holistic approach to health and body performance.

Individual advanced training plan

A training program tailored to your capabilities, needs, health status, goals, and ambitions. It differs from other market offerings by focusing on the finest nuances, individualization, and special methods, protocols, or exercises that you won't experience in a typical training plan, but which, as appropriately selected tools, can produce surprising effects.

Additionally, it includes aspects such as the load for a given exercise, the number of sets, repetitions, frequency, RPE scale, the pace of executing each phase of movement, or the precise method of periodization.
